Operations Manager

Iris was born in Israel and is a Brookline resident. She attends Boston University, studying Business and Economics. Iris is fluent in English, Russian, Hebrew and conversant in French.
 

Ekaterina Maksimova

Russian Cuisine Tour Guide

Ekaterina is originally from Astrakhan, a beautiful city on the coast of the Caspian Sea and the Volga river. She graduated from university in Russia with a degree in Linguistics and is now continuing her education in Marketing at Clark University. Ekaterina is a great cook herself, knows a lot of Russian and American recipes and is convinced that in order to learn more about other cultures one must begin by tasting the ethnic food.


Leonid Naimark

Jewish Cuisine Tour Guide

Leonid received his PhD in EE from Technion, Haifa and couple other Master degrees from Russia and Israel. He is looking to apply his systems and algorithms expertise to a totally different area of history of Jewish and Russian food and wine. Click to see Leonid’s scientific and engineering bio.
